  • Do you need some space, some quiet? Are you trying to more consciously connect as a worker or business owner? read on…

  • SOLD OUT! Wednesday, November 13th is coming up quickly so I want to share about the Networking & Retreating program I am running at Mother Lion. It’s not what you think. It’s not about extroverts suits making speeches. It’s about how we live in this world as full-people. At this networking retreat (hopefully this is the first of many) we take the time to fill our own cups as workers, professionals and entrepreneurs so that we are more connected to ourselves. How else can we be fully aware and present to our clients and the challenges of our work?

  • During our evening, in this shared space, we will use the facility amenities to settle our nervous systems. There are soft couches, blankets, fireplaces, hot tub and sauna, reading nooks, art work and plenty of space to spread out. Then we will get to know each other a little, with very low-key introductions and network-sharing. Then we get to jump back into relaxing again. Its a relaxation sandwich, folks, where the filling is us meeting people who share our goal of conscious networking.

  • To consciously live, it’s important to integrate our values with our private and public selves. So please join us while we “put on the oxygen mask,” merging space/time/kindness/work together and maybe get to changing our world. I hope you will click to read more. Or click here to book for this Wednesday from 5-9pm.SOLD OUT

  • Plus, I have a bunch of retreats coming up in the next year. Most will be guest hosted on topics that can expand the mind and the heart.

  • I am very excited to be developing many more mini-retreats for the coming year. So far, all will be at Mother Lion. I will be welcoming a variety of educators, health practitioners, artists and more as guest-hosts. They will facilitate programs about topics such as: emerging neurodivergence; legal tips fas we age eg health and estates; Smallwaukee and the deep connections that exist along with our segregation; peri/ menopause; tips on phone photography for products and selfies for microbusinesses. Plus, silent retreats, caregiver rest-stops and more. Dates are being firmed up. Newsletter subscribers will learn first!
